演講簡介 Briefly, the expose will talk about the Tahitian dance, what purpose it had before the contact with the Europeans, what happened to the dance and the culture during the occupation of the English and later the French in French Polynesia. And finally how the dance came to be popular, notably with the Heiva festival.
